Boo, this is one of those laundromats that forces you to put money on their laundry cards. Take my quarters or you don't get my business.
Hello Rob, we totally understand the nostalgia of using quarters to start washers and dryers. However, when we remodeled our laundromats, we made the decision to use a modern payment system that accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, EBT and mobile payments.
We can now do so much more to make our customers happy, such as remotely start machines, give bonus money, provide instant refunds and send text messages that alerts them when their laundry is complete. And customers don’t need to bring in bags or jars of quarters or get frustrated with quarter jambs.
We are sorry you didn’t have a good experience at Brax Laundry. We hope you’ll come back and give us another chance. Be sure to ask one of our friendly attendants to show you how to get a card or use our LaundryCat app.
