I wasn't impressed. The small machines were either dirty or out of order, the double size were also dirty. I only needed a small load of delicates which I washed & it was a waste of time & money. My curtains didn't come clean. Overall price is okay but it is dirty everywhere including the machines and Seating is limited.

It is just awful coming here. It's always dirty. You have to call a number to use yhe restroom, & most of the washers are out of order.i just tried to call the number and I asked a question. They refused to answer unless I said that I left my previous review. Don't come here. Go across the railroad tracks on south greeley. May cost a bit more, but worth it

Response from the owner

Stacie, You hung up on me. You mainly called to complain about the bathroom door having a code on it to enter and that you were frustrated that you had to call the office number for the code. Stacie, we listen to our customer's needs and concerns. I am in constant contact with our regular customers to check in with them and to make sure their concerns are met; the bathroom is an example. We received phone calls with much concern about homeless people staying in the bathroom too long, to suspected individuals being in there too long doing drugs. We listened to suggestions from our customers and the conclusion we drew upon was that we needed to put a code on the door to deter NON customers. As far as it being dirty, I do not believe your statement is accurate at all. We clean the place every day. Once in a long while our cleaning person may be sick and unable to perform their daily duties at our facility. Have you ever been sick and couldn't get out of bed? It would be nice if customers picked up after themselves, unfortunately, that doesn't happen as much a we would like, and, yes, the environment on a Saturday afternoon can have more fabric softeners left on the carpet than we would like. Most of the washers are not of order. Yes, we have had some out of order and they may have been out of order the day you were there, however, we can only fix them as quickly as the commercial technician can get there, diagnose, fix on sight, or have to order parts. The chain supply issue is still very much alive and well. Just because it is not being reported in the news, doesn't mean that there isn't still an issue. If you visit today you would find all of the machines working.
I am not including the top loaders in this comment as they are old machines and will be replaced soon. However, the cost of parts and machines have increased nearly 300% since the beginning of Covid; Inflation is still alive and well. Parts that use to arrive within 3 to 4 days are now taking 2 to 3 weeks at some points. Lastly, you called us on a Saturday about 2 pm in the afternoon complaining about no machines being available. First of all, it is always busy on the weekend, so you might want to consider arriving during the early AM. Further, the larger laundromat in town has been closed for awhile. As I understand it, it will be open soon. We have appreciated the extra business, however, our machines have been used to such a level of activity that it has been difficult to keep up and causes frustrated customers like yourself to write posts like this. If we could have had a productive phone call, and you didn't hang up, I could have explained all of this. I hope all of this makes sense to you. We hope you revisit our facility to give us a second chance. Have a nice day!

Hi Abra. We appreciate you taking the time to rate our business and your visit. What do we need to do to secure a 5 out 5 rating from you next time?

I took one look at the place then went to a different laundry.Trashy, run down with very poor parking and the paranoid sign Masks Required sent me straight away. I wouldn't enter the place let alone spend money there.
