Tom was excellent at his job very informative will definitely come back I just won't be using the comforter setting as it doesn't seem like it actually washes them but over all had a really good experience

I was in Fargo for a two week work trip, and the hotel I stayed at did not have laundry outside of a drycleaning service. I stopped in to do my laundry and I am glad the hotel did not have laundry service.

Using the washers and dryers was simple enough, you purchase a card or reload one you already have, place it on the card reader, load up, select the settings, and you're good to go.

The facility was very clean, the machines easy to use, and it was not crowded so it was easy to do your laundry without any wait for a machine.

One thing I will call out was the person who was working there that day. I was about to use one of the bigger washers and they stopped me, and suggested using the smaller one. I really appreciated that. And it was not long after that a family came in with a large load for washing and I would have been a jerk to have been taking up such a large washer.

Overall I would recommend this facility and use them again.

This is a wonderful place with amazing machines. The staff and process is so wonderful too. I was stressed with a broke washing machine and worried to have to get it all done. It was easy and so comfortable. I highly recommended using this place for all your needs. It's clean, efficient, well staffed, and comfortable while you wait.

I will definitely return to this laundromat when needed! Washed our king-size comforter in one of their large state-of-the-art washer and dryers and both easily handled the size. I expected it would take several cycles to dry but it was almost completely dry after one 11-minute cycle. Best yet, they have someone on site to help.
