At WaveMAX, we recognize that every situation has multiple perspectives, and we strive to provide transparency and clarity for those reading reviews.

Tahlia dropped off 42.5 lbs. of laundry for our standard Wash-Dry-Fold service. As part of our process, we weigh all laundry at drop-off and again after folding to ensure accuracy. In this case, the weight remained consistent at 42.5 lbs. from start to finish. Additionally, our surveillance cameras recorded each step of the process—including drop-off, washing, drying, folding, and pickup—from multiple angles. It’s worth noting that the attendant who processed the order was different from the one who initially checked it in.

After picking up her laundry, Tahlia returned to the store, claiming some items were missing. The attendant politely explained that the recorded weight was accurate and assured her that the Store Manager would follow up. Unfortunately, Tahlia responded with verbal harassment and profanities before leaving.

When she later spoke with our Store Manager, she was offered the opportunity to review the recorded footage, which confirmed that all her laundry had been processed correctly. At that point, Tahlia changed her claim, alleging that other people’s clothes had been mixed with hers—a claim disproven by video evidence tracking her laundry from drop-off to pickup. When this was explained, she continued to alter her story before abruptly ending the call.

At WaveMAX, we take pride in our state-of-the-art facilities, trained professionals, and commitment to exceptional service. However, we do not tolerate harassment or disrespect toward our employees. Given the circumstances, we encourage Tahlia to seek laundry services elsewhere, in an environment that better aligns with her expectations.
