I have been doing my laundry here for the last couple years and I would recommend to anyone nearby. Na, the woman usually there, is very sweet and friendly and on a first name basis with many of her customers. Like another reviewer says, she waves or says hi when I walk by, we even had a nice chat when I ran into her in the subway once. I do my own laundry, they are always very accommodating, and will rearrange to make sure I have the washers/dryers I need. The place is small and crowded yes, but it's New York, that's really not unusual. I have never seen any rats or bugs. Don't listen to the negative reviews below, obviously all written by the same person.

The attendants are the best part. Always helpful and smiling. My laundry is ready and folded perfectly. Prices are unbeatable. They make laundry easy and enjoyable. No other like them.
My clothes are in perfect shape and I’ve even taken shoes!!!
Love this establishment.
