I've been living in Coventry, just 5 minutes, up the street for over a decade now and it was a decade ago that I went to this laundromat. When I went on the previous visit I was left with the most vile taste in my mouth. A dirty facility, clearly old machines with a shiny exterior and with a claustrophobic layout it made just standing in the building a chore.

Over a decade later I decided to visit again. With a 24/7 label now plastered on the sign I saw excited to see what had changed.

Nothing. Nothing changed.

This place is a grim reminder that just because something is open all day doesn't make it inherently a customer friendly or quality place to visit.

A perfect example. As I sit in this closely packed machine nightmare I write this review. Just on this ONE VISIT two machines STOLE 75 CENTS worth of my coins. I haven't even touched the dryer, we could make it a full dollar! 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

Don't come here. Don't make the mistake I made. Unless you like gambling your money away standing inside a well disguised trashcan.

Was very pleasantly surprised when I walked into this facility. Everything is new and bright & there were 2 employees cleaning while I was there. It’s evident that everything is cleaned often and is well maintained. The app was also very convenient and I loved the feature where it shows you how much time you have left on your machines. Will definitely come again.
