A year ago this was a nice place but now there is no public restroom, no paper towels, the trash was overflowing, the machines were dirty, and dryer sheets were all over the floor. They used to have outlets to charge your phone while you wash but they closed them off. They even increased the price to wash. Only good thing is they are open 24hrs and you get 2 bucks in rewards in the app if you spend $15 and 7 bucks if you spend $20.

Easy experience for out of towner. There’s a card system available (required for access after 11pm). Otherwise the machines take quarters. There’s a change machine in the back wall which takes $1, 5, 10, 20. Detergent/softener available in a vending machine.

Wash is $6-7 each depending on settings and extras. Machines are digital with a lot of setting flexibility - water temp, wash level - but still very easy to use. You can top load soap or throw in a pod.

Dryers come in 2 sizes. Large is 25 cents / 4 min. Small is 25 cents / 5 min.

Facility is clean enough. Not busy at all when I went on a Friday afternoon. Baskets available for use. A few chairs at a bar shelf to hang out. I did not try the WiFi.

Main con is the price, but such is inflation! Photos of prices as of the date of this review - June 2025.

My wife and I were looking for some place close to the Vegas strip that was both economical and offered excellent customer service. Needless to say, Lily's was such a blessing!! The space is very clean and has new machines. They also have free wifi which made it easy to arrange our Uber back to the hotel. Very friendly service all round. Highly recommend!

The Google Review showed a shiny happy place. It's a year or so later and it's got a few bumps and bruises here and there. However, if you want your clothes to look their best, this is the place to go. It's clean, spacious, offers plenty of machines, calm energy and the machines do an excellent job.

Started using this laundromat because the app was so convenient. 3/8 medium washing machines are broken and others don't connect to the app. Also last weekend the machine I was using charged my app twice and locked my clothes in the washing machine and when I attempted to call to get help no call and no return call. This weekend I came in to garbage everywhere and one of the tables broken. I am going to finish out my rewards and probably look for another laundromat. Also why do the prices keep going up 🤨🤔?

… and no detergent stock available for purchase. Change machine wouldn’t take anything smaller than a $10 note, but would only give $5 worth of quarters, and gave us a $5 note back, which we then couldn’t …

This place use to very clean and well kept, now wash machines are always out of order, I’ve found razors, tampons etc and the washer…the floors are dirty almost everytime we go and you would think the high prices reflected otherwise. The big dryers don’t get that hot so look to spend at least $2 on those..it’s ran very poorly smh will definitely be looking for another place..I’ll rather go to a wash house that’s been around for years, at least there more affordable and cleaner! Change machine didn’t have change the last time we went either🫩
