I had been going to them over 10 years and they ruined 2 pair of fairly expensive jeans. They knew they were ruined and still sent them out the door and didn’t mumble a word. I called to make them aware, and was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. I had to take them back up there to show them what they sent me home with. They offered to clean them again, I said okay, went back to pick them up, same thing, they had the packed up and ready to go but I checked them this time, same thing. They asked to clean them again. I said okay. Came back a third time, jeans still looked the same. They took my information and said they’d call me about a check I waited almost 3 weeks no call back, so I called them, they took my information again . I provided the price and when I purchased the items and sent screenshots. No answer until the following morning, offering a $50 store credit. They ruin nearly $200 worth of jeans and offered a store credit for $50. That’s asinine! For what? To ruin more of my items and not take responsibility and replace the items you dam. NO THANK YOU!!!

I’m honestly shocked at how high the quality is considering the price point. They do such a great job! My clothes always come back stain-free, and with a very light, fresh scent; as well as feeling very soft! I’d high recommend this dry cleaners.
