Hi Mitchell,
We take cleanliness at our business very seriously, and have looked into this. As commercial laundry machines are almost always wet inside the drum and well as soap reservoir due to constant use, it is always possible for some mildew to occur (just as it can in between tiles in a shower). Our staff has looked into and resolved any issues related to your comment. Additionally, we have recently corrected the staffing issues related to the recent open-hour changes, and have been working to keep that constantly reliable. Feel free to call our management office at 617-523-2333, if you have any questions.
Thank you

There are patio metal seats and coffee tables but no tables for laptops or eating. It’s pretty clean but there is a ton of out of order washers leaving it limited when full of customers.
I’ve been here a few times. The staff is depending on who’s working. Tonight the worker is very unfriendly and seems bothered by questions. Idk if he’s just too young and hasn’t figured out what actual customer service looks like or if he’s naturally arrogant.
Please train employees on customer service ethics. It’s the face and heart of your business.
Would give 0 stars if possible. The woman working at this laundromat was unpleasant, unhelpful, and extremely rude. No change given, so need to go to the store down the road. The woman didn’t explain we had to buy a card just to use the facilities, and charged us $2 for this. Overall for a small wash and dry, she charged us $14, that’s for us doing it ourselves. The dryer was slow, and we had to add more money. In the time we were there, we witnessed two separate groups arguing with the woman, they both left without even using the facilities, we wished we had done the same. AVOID
My new go to when in the area. Most laundry mats nearby only offer coin operated. Didn't have cash and went through the hassle of finding an ATM, so was relieved when this spot offered card operated machines. Prices are affordable, especially for a student like myself.
Service is just okay, staff a bit rude. However, they are quick and reasonably priced for drop off. I left off a big bag of laundry and picked it up 4 hours later.
A great self-service laundromat where you can buy a card and top up your account; credit cards and cash are accepted.
Lots of varied size washers (large single, as well as double and triple capacity) with plenty of dryers, and a few folding benches if you don't want to wait until you get home. They also offer drop off service (I've never personally used it …
Should be zero over price with zero customer service....
