Most upscale (and cleanest) laundromat I’ve been and, I’ll confess, I haven’t been in many. I only use them when traveling for more than a week. The place is attended and staff is very nice and helpful, especially with the card system they use here. I’m used to laundromats that use quarters so I appreciated the assistance provided by the attendant. I felt the prices were reasonable. I would use New Spin again.

I never leave reviews, but I would go out of my way to give zero stars to this place. The staff, especially the guy who’s there a lot, are incredibly rude. Most of their machines are out of order and leave weird stains on your clothes. Their dryers don’t dry everything all the way, and then they make you pay extra to add time. They also never clean the machines, and I’ve found nasty stuff in them on multiple occasions. Their card machine has been down for months, so you can only use cash. I wouldn’t be as harsh if it were affordable, but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Will never come back.

My boyfriend and I come here every couple of weeks to do our laundry, and even though I feel like it can get a little expensive, the woman that owns it is very nice, and the building is well-kept with a good amount of washers/dryers.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The staff is incredibly rude, the machines often don’t work, and the prices are very expensive considering the awful service and old machines. On top of that I tried their drop off laundry service (because their machines are so bad) and half of my clothes came back ruined. Avoid this place at all costs - it’s not worth the frustration.

This place was perfect for a traveler like myself. I was able to drop off my cloths and they were washed, dried, and folded in two hour time. It was WAY cheaper then the hotel laundry service. They charge by the pound. I paid something …

I have been going here since moving to the north end and RARELY have a good experience. Woman who works there is incredibly rude and has yelled at customers on multiple occasions while I was there for no apparent reason. Avoid if you can (and if you do go then bring cash, the card machine is always down)
