Good place to do what you need. Old bank building. 4.50 wash, 2.00 dry 20-min. Nice Brazilian attendant.

I stayed at a nearby hotel and went through my clothes quicker than anticipated due to the hot weather. Needed to do 1 load of laundry, and this place in the North End fit the bill. Machines are modern and quick. Both washing machines and dryers take only about 20 min each. It's nice that they are open later than the other places too. Staff was friendly and answered my questions about the card system and machines. Also, the air conditioning works pretty well here so you can cool off while waiting for your laundry to finish.

Staff is practically non existent. Always watching their cell phone on high volume at the desk even though they placed signs to be respectful with phones.

You have to buy a card for $2 in cash before adding any value with a credit card and you get NO receipt because the receipt printer doesn't work.

Machines work well.

They dont take debit or visa only cash the guy who runs it, is rude.

Hi Ad,

Two of our other management staff members were actually there and overheard your conversation with the attendant on duty. He was not rude, and was attempting to explain the ongoing situation with our credit processor, for which there is abundant signage posted in the laundromat and also on the front door. This credit card issue is not within our control, and completely reliant on the credit processor. We hope to have this fixed within the coming weeks.

Convenient location if you are staying near Canopy by Hilton Boston. The mahcines are a little user unfriendly though. Still a not bad over all experience since it has more sitting area for you wait there.
