Been coming here for almost 2 years every week. I've had a few instances where a machine has taken my money and didn't work. When telling the person on duty about the issue, I was told that a refund would be issued via cashapp or venmo. The last time was over a week ago....still waiting for that refund. It's only a few dollars, but not refunding when your machines are malfunctioning makes customers leave on principal. I'll find somewhere else to take my clothes.

This place is great. I haven't had a problem with management, the customers the hours or the location. The owners (or they maybe employees idk) are always helpful and nice, the machines get the job done and the extra large dryers make it easy to get all my loads done. I have been here 4 times and will continue to come back.
