Very clean. There were 2 attendants when I was here and both were very helpful and friendly... maybe one was the owner? The machines were in good clean working order and it wasn't crowded. The washers actually delivered HOT water - so many laundromats I've been to don't even have hot water but the machines don't have a problem charging extra for it. I also noticed that these folks are not charging extra for hot water. NICE!

I arrived here at 3pm on a Wednesday and there was no attendant, which means you cannot access the wifi password or the bathroom. My kid really needed to pee and we wanted to watch Netflix and chill while doing our laundry. The place looked clean and nice, so it's NOT dirty. Maybe new management improves the cleaning machines or something but most of the reviews that are bad are 2 years old or more. The pink awning is very noticeable if you're looking for it and parking is very nice. Im not sure what time it's att need until but next time I go I will go at 7am. They offer a cleaning service if you're short on time. Next time I'll arrive around 7am and ask them when they leave (if they have a fixed time.)

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this facility. I did have a problem with some of the dryers, I was a bit offended when I received a call back about this and was treated like I did not know how to work the dryers or understand that a larger load would take more time to dry. I am in my sixties and do fully know both of these things. For these reasons I will continue to look for a place to do my laundry for the time I'll be staying in Colorado.

The place was clean but there were no staff around when the dryer closes to the door did not work there was no one to ask for help I left there with soaking wet clothes after I had them in the dryer twice the dryer closest to the front door.

Wow! I just popped in as I was passing through town and needed clean blankets and towels for all the critters I transport. I chose this location because of other reviews and I certainly wasn't disappointed. Clean facility. Everything you need is there. Fully staffed with friendly, courteous people. One attendant saw that my dryer was not heating so he fixed it and added 30 minutes to my time. How cool is that? Two different employees offered to open the door for me since my arms were full. This is my go-to laundry place in Denver for certain now.
