Your dryer #E failed completely after 45 minutes, leaving all laundry soaking wet. I requested a working machine or a refund and was ignored. This is an unacceptable service. Refund my money immediately. Your neglect of equipment and customers will cost you business and reputation.

I would definitely not come here to wash clothes. The looks are deceiving and upon entering place looks decent.

We washed 4 loads here. One washer gushed water and emergency button didn’t help for a delayed 2/3 minutes.
2 other Machines are out money and never started!!!! I figured we try a new place but will definitely stick to our current usual.
No staff on sight to help either. Absolute nightmare. Avoid avoid avoid

Enter building it smelled like a toilet. I used the largest front end washing machine and it smelled like mold. To make matters worse the expensive almost $8 machine didn’t wring it dry. When lifting to wring it fell on the filthy floor and permanently stained my beautiful white blanket. Don’t go here!!

Around the new year I called the information woman and was instructed that ABC does dry cleaning. So I dropped off a comforter, sweater and pants that I needed dry cleaning with a young woman and picked them up a couple of weeks later from the same young woman. I stopped by this Tuesday to drop off both dry cleaning and about six loads of laundry that I don't have time to wash. I do generally wash my clothes here. I said I would just call the manager The man there that day said that he was management and that ABC does not do dry cleaning and does not have the machinery to do dry cleaning. So what did they do with my comforter and clothes that they said they dry clean? Throw them in a washer????

I talked with the co-owner the evening of March 19th. She stated that she had a bad employee who she fired and should have know that ABC does not dry clean cloths and should not have accepted my dry cleaning.

Clean, but the bathroom is usually locked if owner isn't there. Makes it inconvenient if you come to wash and have no where to use the restroom

Horrible! I used the 3 front double washers and all of the laundry needs to be re washed....stains on 3 new t-shirts which looks like oil and everything was gummy, not clean or adequately rinsed. A total waste of money, time and possibly need to buy new shirts! 😠 …
