Sometimsey. Sometimes the Lady is Rude af for no reason, sometimes she dont say anything and leaves u to wash in peace. I asked for change for a 20 bc i only was doing 1 load. She got funky so I put my 20 in the machine and got all quarters, then she was mad bc I got all them quarters for 1 load. Oh Well. Probably y shes arguing w her mans @ work, bc shes RUDE. Dont cut off your nose to spite ur face Lady.

This was my first time here and I couldn't have been more pleased with the top notch service that was provided. I was given wonderful customer service via phone and in person.

When I arrived I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door by Tiawanna. She was welcoming, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond all my expectations, offering assistance with my items and showing me around the laundromat. She also informed me of the loyalty program they have available which I definitely plan on taking advantage of in the future now that I know about it. I had a WONDERFUL experience thanks to Tiawanna and plan on coming back again in the future.
