No laundry after 7:30 pm even though open until 10

We are open until 10:30pm every night. Only modified hours for the winter. Last load 9:30PM

The washers work, but that's about it. The soap dispensers are caked in old soap, the machines smell, and even the "triple" load machines are small for the amount of clothes they say they'll hold. Floor is always dirty. You think they could run some washing machine cleaner through the machines a couple times a week for the cost per load but apparently that's out of the question. Maintenance could really be upped here as this is a community resource for the area and many people need a laundromat.

Our laundromat is cleaned on a regular basis as well as the insides of the machines. Cleaner is run through the machines once a week and they are cleaned daily. Thanks for your input much appreciated! Have a great day!
