When you walk in this place isn’t going to sparkle or blow you away, but in my several visits this laundromat has been consistently half-full or less, with clean machines, and reasonable prices.

At first it did feel like the washers intentionally don’t drain fully so you have to pay more for dry time, but it might be in my head? Not 100% sure.

This evening I watched a gentlemen clean the place from top to bottom - sweep, mop multiple times, dust, clean inside of machines, etc. It really instilled my confidence to keep coming back as I worry about moldy/stinky washers - defeats the whole point, no?

Misc thoughts:
- There’s plenty of parking.
- I haven’t purchased anything yet, but it appears there’s self serve and a human shop on site.
- The bathrooms are usually locked and don’t have mirrors.
- There’s x2 quarter change machines on site that have been reliable for me.
- My experience/review is only after using the smallest washer and dryer (35min dry time is accurate) a couple times.
- The flashing/obvious cameras are a little much but fine.

Front door hard to open. Never know when attendant is on duty for questions. Weekends can be messy with fabric sheets and other trash.
