I have been coming to Atlantic Cleaners since I moved here in 2021. The staff is friendly, fast and accommodating. I love that they know exactly who I am when I enter and always provide top notch service.

They dry cleaned my coat(of course) and sewed a couple o buttons on. The buttons were a little high priced just to sew em on. My buttons. Wasn't impressed with that. If you need a good tailor. Nicole's Alterations on tidewater drive Norfolk. A+

I had two expensive winter coats that I ALMOST threw away... one is a white North Face WindWall that had gotten pilled and dingy-looking. The other is an orange Coach down jacket that had gotten spots on it from casual wear. I had mentioned to my friend that I needed to go buy new jackets for the winter, and she suggested I take mine into Atlantic Cleaners. I got my jackets back and they looked BRAND NEW! No more pilling on my North Face, and no discoloration on either jacket. I feel like I have brand new winter jackets this year!
Outstanding, fast service. Friendly staff. Convenient location. Thank you so much for saving me a boatload of money on new jackets this year!

First time customer bc they are conveniently located. Will not be returning. Ruined a sweater, child’s holiday dress and blouse. Two of these items were brand new and only worn for family photos. Employee acknowledged they were damaged and said the owner would reach out to discuss. Two days later the owner calls and proceeds to yell at me that they don’t need customers and I am insane and the items are perfectly fine. I explain that I have receipts for the two new items his company damaged and he said he’s not reimbursing for anything. When I mention the yelp reviews that basically say exactly how he is behaving towards me, he explodes. 110% do not support this business. I will post pics of damaged clothes when I get them back, if I get them back. In total it’s around $450 worth of clothing so there’s that. I should add that their prices are ridiculous but for the convenience ( if they had done a decent job) it would have been worth it.

They either do the best or the worst job. I took my husbands uniforms to them for a couple of months. I was very specific (the nice lady behind the counter even told me as much) about how to crease the shirt sleeves (straight down the sides including the patches) and it’s all slanted and messed up. I understand them forgetting to crease the patches but creasing them all slanted and a double crease in the shirt is beyond me. This is NOT what I pay for. I will be talking with the owner when I can because absolutely not.
