I liked that there was only 1 other customer when I did my laundry. They use a card system not quarters and have 2,4, and 6 loaders! Good prices and friendly staff.

I've been coming here for over 5 years.(until I stopped coming) when this older short white lady is working is when I have problems, she's always rushing people to do laundry when it says 9am-9pm I'm here at 7:10 and she is asking me why I'm here. That she is leaving at 8pm. I said I'm only drying clothes and why would you close early? She ignored me and said she can't hear me when I said it twice. I had an altercation with her about two years ago and that's when I stopped coming here, my dryer at home wasn't working so I just needed to dry some clothes today for my children to wear at school. Very unwelcoming demeanor and an uncomfortable feeling around her.

There is an older woman in the establishment who is beyond rude and a disgusting person, whoever hired her needs to have their own discernment to hire employees questioned. I believe her name is Linda. One of the employees lost one of my duvets I had bought for Christmas, so the older woman who works there gave me the bill and signed it along with a note stating that I could go back and wash my duvets with a voucher, and that the manager would call me shortly to talk about what happened. They didn’t. Last weekend, I went and told her I would use the voucher I was given to wash, and showed her the note. However, she very rudely said that she didn’t know me and that the employee who lost my duvet didn’t work there anymore. When I showed her the bill with the signature, she got even more angry and said that was her signature but if I didn’t leave she would call the police. I then asked her for the manager’s number and she said she would not give it to me. She grabbed the phone and was supposedly calling the police, which she then told me to leave or she would have them remove me. I called her a thief and I left because I didn’t want to argue with that crazy woman. There was no point in losing my energy with somebody so rude and disrespectful. I truly don’t understand how that woman is still in that place.
