I had been previously and I had ine if the laundry cards with about $5 on it the card was bent so I asked the attendant if I should get a new card, she took it, said "should be fine" handed it back, then went on doing whatever it was she was doing. I put the card in the machine, hit "add money" put a $20 in, the machine blinked and the reader said "card malfunction unable to use". I asked the attendant about my $20 and was told "Well I didn't see you put money in, so I can't verify you lost money, and you shouldn't have used a damaged card to begin with". U asked if there was someone higher up I could talk to, and was told "the owners don't like to be bothered with this kind of thing". Well I don't really like having $20 stolen, yet here we are. The attendant not quite understanding what I just said, just kind of walked away. So they basically robbed me of $20 and I was told the owners can't be disturbed for such trivial things like that. Stay away, completely worthless.

Nice clean and friendly lady running it. A little confusing due to the multiple card, atm, machines not working but all you do is pay the attendant and quick cleaning

Decently clean. A bit expensive for the larger loaded. $7 for a four load and $10 for a seven or eight load. And, prices are supposed to go up.

Customer service is meh. A customer in the lauder mat was more helpful. I asked an attendant what washer she would recommend for a comforter and she recommended the eight load. The customer walked up and recommended the four load. She saved me a big chunk of change.

Don't let them talk u into having them start your load cuz u will just need to buy a card anyway to dry your close ... They charge 3.25 to start wash for 3.00 load ... Then u have to dry anyway ... If buying card buy 20.00 to get 22.00 put on card
