I came this afternoon (June 25, 2025) not knowing how anything worked. I met Elena and she, without judgement walked me through all of the different sizes of washers and dryers. She didn’t judge me and was very polite when I asked more questions.
The co worker however was abrupt and rude when I asked a question. Her answer didn’t reflect my inquiry at all. She seemed miserable and done, understandably so, but not helpful at all. For that interaction with the grumpy co-worker and a lot of machines not working…I can’t give 5 stars.
When it comes to top notch amazing customer service, Elena gets 12/10 stars from me.
