Do not go here ever. I came in at 7:55 to ONLY dry my clothes for half an hour. I walked in and the lady started yelling at me that it’s too late and they’re done for the night. This place closes at 9!! It says on the door they are open 9-9, that no washers should be started after 7, and dryers must stop at 8:30. There was no reason I should’ve been denied service to dry my clothes period. I would have had my clothes dried and been out of the way by 8:30. The last was so rude and had such an attitude problem, the white older lady. She obviously wanted to close the laundromat earlier and get upset because I rightfully came in during operating hours to use the business. This is poor business and unfair to the public. Go spend your money somewhere else that actually cares about their business and people.

Don't allow customers to use the bathroom. Pretty pathetic for a place where you have to be there for a couple hours. She told me to go to Safeway across the street. Safeway should not have to bear the expense of their customers.

Unless you like gambling with wet clothes and broken machines don't go here, they don't mark broken machines anymore and if you use a broken machine it's your loss. Was told you don't like it pay extra or take your stuff home wet. Not to mention after we said something within 20 minutes someone else was using the same broken machine we warned about only to be told they will have to pay extra as well. I don't know what changed but this laundry mat has turned into scam. Disrespectful staff looking for ways to nickel and dime every customer. I witnessed 3 other customers get treated the same way in less than a hour. I'll take a loss on the remainder balance on my laundry card then deal with such blatant disrespect.

I arrived at 6:41 and the lady wouldn't let me wash my clothes, saying they stopped washing at 7 pm. I arrived 19 minutes early. I don't understand why she wouldn't let me wash my clothes if the place closes at 9 pm. Definitely terrible service. I will never return to this place. 😔 …

I used the drop off service here when our washer/dryer were out of commission. It was such a godsend to drop off our stuff and come get it later on. There is plenty of parking here and the interior is clean and uncluttered. I'll be using this place more often when I have a backlog of clothes to wash.

The floors are filthy, caked with gunk and dog hair. Some of the machines are dirty too and many are broken. Drop a wet shirt on the floor and it picks up all that hair and crud. The machines do not use quarters. You have to buy a card for $3 then add time, or use the attendant's card for a surcharge. Then it's $1.25 for 15 min of dryer time. Two stars only because the attendant was helpful and nice.
