100 reviewsI moved to North Seattle earlier this year. Laundry room within my complex is always busy. Found this place and now come regularly. It's clean and the staff are nice. With cash you can buy a money card and preload it. All washers and dryers have a card reader that takes your payment from your preloaded card. Nice feature to have since I don't like to carry change with me. Last wash is at 7pm. They close at 9pm.
Didnt think clothes came clean
Over priced
Clean and the prices aren't to bad
The driers need help. They aren't drying the clothes anymore
These machines can lock your laundry inside of them. When this happened to me I was told that nothing could be done until the mechanic came on their regularly scheduled visit 5-6 days from then. The attendants do not have the power to unlock the machines, and apparently the owners do not care AT ALL when things like this happen (and I was told this was not the first time this had happened). The attendant told me there was nothing she could do and no one she could call about my property being locked in the washer. The machine ended up opening several hours after I left the laundromat, and the attendant was kind enough to call to let me know, but had it not opened on its own my personal property would have been ruined by the time the mechanic came nearly a week later. To top it all off, the person working at the laundromat the next day re-washed and dried my belongings, but with the business’ detergent. I can only use fragrance free detergent, and the detergent used by them was definitely fragrances. I washed my laundry THREE TIMES in my apartment building’s laundry room after getting home, and still stinks of fragrance. Thus, an $80 item was ruined thanks to this business. Do not go here if you cannot live without your laundry for a week, because if a washing machine locks your stuff inside you are at its mercy—the workers there are not given the power to help with issues like this, and apparently no one with the power to open the machines cares. It was an incredibly distressing experience and set me back $40 BEFORE factoring in the cost of another $80 to replace the damaged item, which I had to pull out of my savings account to afford.
Good. Nice and very helpful person working therr.
