I’m only taking one star off because they do not offer dry cleaning services so their signs are misleading but the staff is great. They’re very friendly and every time I’m in there they’re offering advice to folks, myself included, on how to best clean their clothes/bedding/whatever they’ve brought in.

Low IQ Karen employee wouldn't let me use plant based detergent because she claimed it was "unsanitary". She said I would have to use "regular" detergent if I wanted to use their machines, which I'm pretty confident is a policy she just made up on the spot. I ended up having to purchase their overpriced, low quality Tide detergent to do my laundry. I imagine she was just skeptical of the product or had never seen it before, which is fine. However, if she didn't like my detergent or thought it was some kind of weird alternative 'all natural' hippie cleaner she should have just said as much, but there was no reason for her to make up policies on the spot, or to falsely claim that it would be "unsanitary". Most commercially available laundry detergents, including the Tide which she made me purchase, do not contain any disinfectants unless you're using something like bleach or a detergent brand specifically designed and labeled as a disinfectant.

This place is absolutely disgusting it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned or dusted in 20 years every other washer and dryer is out of order . the lady at the front is crazy! period. it’s way overpriced for the oldest maytags you ever seen. vintage with dust !
