Really impressed. I needed my dress cleaned in a hurry. Most places I called said it would take 3 days. THey cleaned it in 2. Expensive but worth it.

Day 1

They were open on time but they couldn't live up to what they have posted on the front of the store same day service. And to think that I was told that they were really good service and they will be able to take care of me for this emergency I just need her a sports jacket taking care of it even though I I offered to pay double the price.

We brought my husband's full uniform in to be cleaned and have some new rank sewn on. We paid for overnight as we were needing it back in a hurry. We also paid $35 to have it "set up" since again, we were needing it ready in a hurry.

It was done on time andathe cleaning on it was fine. However, the set up was done terribly. We paid $35 for them to do something that my husband now has to go back and re-do. I understand that the "set up" on uniforms is tedious to say the least but if you are going to offer and charge for that service then it should be done correctly.
