42 reviewswould give 0 stars if possible. this place is getting away with highway robbery of poor students/young adults. i hate that i have to funnel hundreds of dollars of money that i don’t have into this god foresaken laundromat every year. they don’t even have an atm. everything is disgusting and dryers barely work. such a shame.
It's a decent coin laundry near Newbury. Washing is $6.25, and the dryer adds four minutes for every 25 cents you add. Coin change is available in $1, $5, $10, and $20 denominations. They also have a well-stocked vending machine for disposable detergent. A single-use Tide bottle costs $1.25, but the machine got stuck, so the employee helped me out. The Korean employee was very helpful.
Nice people who do a great, reliable job cleaning and folding
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The owner is rude and the services are overpriced. People say they are forced to do their laundry here because this is the only laundry place in the area, but in fact there are several online laundry services available, so you do have other options!
Avoid this place at all costs. They increased the price??! It is now $6.50 for one load on the washers. The issue is these washers are so tiny they are basically unusable, so I have been forced into using the bigger “Commercial Washer” which has increased to $8.75 a load. Then $.25 for 4 minutes on the dryer. When all is said and done, ONE LOAD OF LAUNDRY can end up costing me $12-$15(Depending on size and how long it takes to dry). Theres been weeks where I have do a load of clothes and a load of towels/sheets it ends up costing me up to $30 in ALL quarters. They know their customer base, they know apartments next to/nearby them do not install laundry machines because the laundromat is so close. The whole “This is what it costs in back-bay”, is also wrong, if you can carry your clothes to Pinos on Westland you’ll save much more money. Really aggravating that they prey on the students who have no other options and inflate the price to ridiculous levels. A load of laundry a week and I’m easily spending $50 on laundry a month, $600 a year on LAUNDRY in only quarters.
They have a change machine, but refuse to accept money to allow people to use it.
This place is a rip off. Tiny washers 5.25 per load. They leave the laundry soaking wet so you leave it in the dryer for longer. Go to ninos instead better washers
Wicked small
Ruined our dry cleaning clothes.
