I have decided to spend my time focusing on running my own business & was very excited about paying the professionals to launder my clothes. It’s my second week & all of my white clothes are missing. The attendant said that the owner would call me. It hasn’t happened. Now it seems that my number is blocked. I’ve been patronizing this business for more than 10 years, Yikes! This is horrible customer service.

It’s convenient 24 hour operation. Plenty of washers and dryers and clean tables for folding. I tried their dry cleaning service ok. But I might go to a designated place for future dry cleaning because their service is not on site.

Very clean, I like that’s it’s 24 hours, and you can pay for the washers and dryers with cash or card. If you use cash, you will need to purchase a laundry card upon arrival. Laundry detergents in vending machine about $6-$7 and very small so I prefer to buy some before arrival. Free dry!

Pros: nice staff, 24 hours, benches with outlets and charger ports, free dry is nice as well. I like that they fix broken machines very fast considering it's 24hours.

Cons: not enough carts. You have to hold the nozzle to wash your hand in the bathroom (not cool with the covid-19 stuff happening). But my biggest gribe is that I've had to replace bras because the hooks are constantly mangled in the machines. I don't understand why. It's very costly.

I really like this laundramat. It is convenient and clean. The workers are pleasant and professional. It's only problem for me is that it stays crowed. However, they are a 24 hour laundramat.

Very convenient laundry that accepts debit credit cash and ebt. Laundry vending machines and cable tv. Restrooms for customers and laundry services. Plenty of carts and folding tables.

Vinegar is a weak disinfectant and works only if left full strength on a hard surface for at least 30 minutes. When attenuated with water in a washing machine it is worthless. Borax does not, in fact, kill germs. Pine oil works but only if it is a high concentration of pure pine oil (not a usual commercial product).

Place is always clean, the day staff works too hard. Machines work great and the dryers work so well, they dry your clothes in no time. Laundry mat is a little expensive however you Always get what you pay for.

Everything came out of the washers smelling like septic. The drier took 50 mins on high heat and didn’t dry it. It cost $20 and the people were rude. Over $500 in my personal items smell like SEPTIC.
