Today was my first time visiting this laundromat and let’s just say it was the best laundromat I’ve been to since living in Philly! It was a last minute decision to come because my neighborhood laundromat was having technical difficulties! The attendant who I spoke with was very nice and helpful and the best part…ALL OF THE MACHINES WORK! And it’s clean!

Never ever go here!! Washers stink. Workers rude and stand outside smoking cigarettes all day no carts attendants do nothing oh and like 10 people waiting in dryers

Okay if you are African American but white especially women Beware! I was assaulted by a young black man, asked for assistance from Baker's Center Laundry employee. Who Completely Ignored Me. A shame loved this place for years but tonight I was Not Safe There and Was Afraid for My Safety

Clean, smelled great! I did have a small issue but one of the employees was very eager to help and make sure the issue was addressed and fixed my issue! I didn’t receive a call back about my service request but all in all it’s a nice laundromat!

I've been going through for years now and it's a good place but it's best to go during a week day to avoid crowds and lots of people taking up the washers and dryers.

Hadn't used the laundromat for 15 months and didn't know that they had a whole new card system. The attendant helped me get a new card, register it, and turn in my old card to have the credit transferred over. He was so helpful! Yes, this place is always busy, but if you go during off-peak hours you will be able to get a machine, a cart, and a table without issues. New card system seems to work better than the old one (no more "bad pull" messages), the machines are fast and efficient, and the attendants are super helpful!

Love that's its 24 hours, clean mostly and never have to wait for a washer or dryer

The large washers do not fill up with water properly. They also did not get the clothes sudsy. How could they have been properly cleaned without that? At $10 per washer I expect for it to work properly.
