The welcome was friendly, but they should remember to use laundry detergent. We got our clothes back, clean as they were, but with an unpleasant smell.

Cheap ($2.2/lb) but they washed the clothes haphazardly and I found more than half of the clothes stained. Saving is never gain.

The process was easy. Went in for dry cleaning and one of my coats was missing three buttons, and they fixed it for me when I went to pick it up. They went out of their way to make sure it was repaired, which was really nice of them to do
