Constantly being followed around by the brunnete woman that works here...and then she said she's like to punch my brother...like that's not customer service at all. I've been trying to find a good laundromat for a few weeks now and this one I have a chance for the good stars and reviews . But from the moment I got here I was followed around and told how to wash my own laundry and everything. I will be filing a complaint with the manager.

My usual laundromat was closed on laundry day about a month ago, and Bea's was the only place open in town.
I am so grateful! Bea's has great washers and are far less expensive. I used to pay a little extra at the other place for the extraction cycle but I still felt my clothes were pretty wet going into the dryer. At Bea's the wash is much faster and the drying time is far less.
The first time I went 8in the gentleman who works there greeted me and saw that I had bedding to wash. He made some suggestions that were helpful, and he's genuinely a nice guy.
The only downside is that there isn't a lot of folding space.
I'm a little weird in that I really do enjoy doing laundry, and the little things mean a lot!

Great owner! Tom helped us out so much with all the pillows we had from Camp Allen. He was very courteous, helpful and nice. If I lived closer I certainly would do my laundry there. Its nice to have helpful thoughtful people! Thank you Tom, very much! Much appreciated!

First time using a public laundromat— manager was very nice and politely guided me. He was also very honest— recommended less time since I had smaller load and smaller washer etc. Very reasonable price and very friendly place. Coffee shop near by and little tables for waiting :)
