Absolutely enjoyed my experience! The staff was amazing and my clothes are clean. They also have a small play area that was so handy!

Laundry attendant was very rude she was yelling and cussing at a man that helped someone carry in his laundry. He sat next to me and didnt move then the lady told him he stole some laundry soap. She threatened him by saying she would hit him in his jaw. I spoke up for the guy and she got a bad attitude with me for standing up for him. Just wanted to do some laundry in peace.
So very sorry you had this experience. After a careful review of our security camera, it was in fact true, he stole. The gentleman often helps people to gain access to the laundromat. I am so sorry you were involved. I do agree that he should not have been threatened with bodily harm even for stealing. I'm sure you are not wrong but i did not hear that on the camera. Please accept our apology that you were made uncomfortable in the situation.

I don’t like a lot of people on this east side matter fact I don’t like nobody so it’s good to find a laundromat. without a lot of people in it like laundry and tan onShadeland or like 10th and Linwood

Neat and clean. Owner is always sanitizing and disinfecting the laundromat. Great customer service and I'm glad I seen it months ago
