Clean and effective. A little on the pricy side but takes debit card and there are no tweakers around. Staff keeps place clean and there's wifi if you ask.

I'm not sure I want everyone to know how great this place is. Stay away! :) This place may smell like fish, the machines may take forever...just kidding this place is awesome, always clean, WiFi, Electrolux washers, in and out in under two hours and now there's the new Hawthorne location near Safeway so you can get your shopping done while you wait for your things to dry.

Really good laundromat! Everything was super clean and all the machines seemed to be in good working order. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all it was fairly quick and affordable!

So I've been going to this place for over 6 years through several owners and staff members, today I went there and after I was done with my laundry and folding my clothes I've noticed one of my jackets had a new stain/mark on it from the dryer machine that wasn't there before, I tried to communicate with the attendant and he wasn't much of a help, with bad customer service so I asked for the manager info and he gave me the owners phone number to contact.
I called Tucker the owner or manager and explained my issue he basically said that it wasn't his problem and that's a public laundromat and whatever happens with my clothes is my responsibility so if the machines ruin my belongings it is my fault. However if they don't maintain the laundromat with working/ good machines how can I trust them with my stuff, plus the customer service is awful from Tucker and the new staff members. This used to be a good well maintained laundromat with excellent customer service/ with owners and attendant that were always present providing support and help to its customers. Save your money because if something happens to your belongings they won't even try to accommodate nor solve the problem specially if the machines destroy your clothes

My husband went to this laundromat to wash all our towels and blankets because the size of the washers is way more worth the money then the regular washers at our apartment. Anyways he ended up leaving probably half of our blankets behind. I didn't notice anything missing for a couple days then noticed our baby didn't have any blankets and she has a lot so I knew then that belongings were left behind. I called one evening and the lady looked for me but didn't have our belongings. I was upset of course but by the next day I had accepted the loss of half of our blankets. All of a sudden the laundromat is calling me so I answered with hope that our things were located and to my surprise it was a different employee (I forgot your name, 😞 sorry). She was calling to inform me that they did in fact have all of our missing blankets. She stated that the lady the night before likely wasn't aware or didn't know where to look. Anyways, I was very surprised that she took the time to locate my number from the caller ID and make sure that mine and my children's blankets got back to me. Thank both of you ladies, I really appreciate you two for working together to locate and return my stuff! As long as i live near this laundromat it will be my go to. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've only been here a couple times and have never done laundry at the facility but I have got coins so that I can do my family's laundry at our apartments. I seen the same lady both times and she was very friendly and did not have an issue with me just getting quarters from their machines. The facility looks clean and well maintained. I may consider doing my laundry here if I can save time and money by being able to launder bigger loads.

When I go there it's always clean it smells good the washers and dryers are continuously being cleaned out after someone do the laundry the people there are very friendly and very helpful I love that laundromat this is my first experience ever using a laundromat and it's close to where I live thank you echo
