Washers are constantly stopping mid wash and are unreliable. The owner needs to replace the plumbing or service the machines regularly.

We are sorry you had a negative experience at our laundromat. We service machines weekly based on what machines are needing it. We will be having more service being performed on our
washers this upcoming week to combat this issue. It takes time since it is time-consuming to service them. Hopefully we will see you again.

The guy that owns this place is incompetent. He confronts me about some chicks complaint, then she starts verbally attacking me and threatening me and what does the owner, do he just walks away. So I left feeling very unsafe. Thanks to the owner for helping a stupid, small complaint turn into verbally abusive, threatening environment.

Now they have taken away the free WiFi. Seriously. What do people do while they wait, they use internet. Finding a new place to take my business.
