Love the place. Prices are great. However, the couple in charge of the place at night are not very welcoming—the lady especially. If they had better employees, I’d give the place a 5. She always has little comments to say to us while we are here. Besides her; everything else is good!

Online the time for closing is 10:30 pm and also on the door's the time for closing is 10:30 pm. I was denied to wash my clothes at 9:00pm. The associate said they close at 8:00 pm. Laundry mat had people in there. But I was denied entry. Very unprofessional and Very inconsiderate.

For your information, this car wash, is also a laundromat.

One night, i was blamed by one of the employees for running in the laundromat when I was in 6th Grade, I didn't run in the laundromat, he got confused between me and my brother,
Then I was kicked out of the laundromat. Then 5 minutes later, I came back inside the laundromat to tell my mom something, after I told her something, I was on my way out, but then I started talking with my sister inside the laundromat then 3 minutes later, the employee who kicked me out of the laundromat, he first took me outside the laundromat, then said that he and me was going to have a talk, but then he started to kick me in my stomach baehind the laundromat building almost kicking me into a river.
2 minutes later, my mom came for me after the employee left, she brought me back inside the laundromat, but the employee didn't care, and he stopped hurting since I was already with my mom. Then one of my mom's friends called the cops on the employee, the cops arrived 30 minutes late than they said they was going to arrive. The cops searched the whole building, they didn't find the employee. The cops left 1 hour later after they arrived at the laundromat. Then me and my family left 15 minutes after the cops left, but before we left, the employee had a gang of employees with baseball bats, but fortunately we left in peace. Then 3 months later, I saw that same employee at Burger King in Maryland Ave, I didn't say anything to him, and neither did he to me. Plus I got very sick after the kicks he gave me. Then I came back to the laundromat 6 months later, with my uncle, I didn't see the employee who kicked me in my stomach, I guess he got fired.
