“Free” Dry is only the small dryers. All other size dryers are not free. Their website says “The dry is always on us/complimentary” and it should specify that it’s only the smallest dryer that’s free. So if you pay to do a bigger load (like I did a family of 6) you can not dry them in the same size dryer as the load you did. You could split them into multiple of the small free dryers but the day I went all the free dryers were being used so you’ll have to either wait however long for a turn or pay for the other dryers. False advertising. Ended up costing me over 10$ to just dry. Won’t be returning.
- For the Larger load (11+$) I had to split wet clothes between 5-6 “standard” size dryers that are free (but still weren’t drying in the 30 min I let them dry, so ended up paying for a bigger dryer) The one and only time I went it was packed with people/families also splitting dryers to take advantage of the free dry which adds up fast. Starting I had to wait for enough to open up and when drying took too long just ended up paying for the bigger dryers. Don’t have 3 hours to spend at a laundromat splitting loads and waiting WHEN PACKED WITH PEOPLE. (For at least single moms with a busy day) yes there’s dryers. But also a lot of people. (I went on a Sunday) if that helps anyone.
Load prices (wash) ranged from 5.75 standard, mid - 9$ and bigger load 11$+
Bigger Dryer: roughly 10-13$ to dry without splitting

We offer complimentary drying in our standard dryers, which make up 72 of our 75 total dryers. Only 3 dryers on-site are oversized units. With this capacity, the vast majority of our customers—including those doing large family loads—easily transition from washer to complimentary dryer without issue or wait times.
Our "dry is always on us" policy is clear and refers to our 72 standard dryers, which accommodate typical loads including those for families.
Customers are never required to use paid dryers unless they specifically need the oversized capacity, which is rarely necessary.
We've served thousands of satisfied customers with this model and wait times for free dryers are uncommon given our extensive capacity.
We're proud of the value we provide to families in our community.
