Hello all, Assistant manager at Big G, there is no extra money for hot and cold. There is extra rinse and wash and if you’d like to select those those are a little more money. As far as the carts unfortunately our community has been stealing them. They are 300 dollars a piece so we are going to try a new system. Please be a little patient with us we are addressing your issues.❤️

Staff is polite and helpful. Its clean and plenty of washers and dryers. Only issue is they have no sink to possibly do prewashing on your specific garments or to rinse off ur cups from detergent, u would have to use the bathroom sink. …
