Staff couldn’t instruct me on how to use the laundry machines and were generally a bit rude. The security guard (it’s a laundromat - not sure why you need one?) then accused me of stealing a cell phone after being there for maybe 5 minutes. No thanks.

It's ok the washers are high and you have to pay extra for hot or warm wash, the service sucks the old guy acted like it was a bother to ask for help when the machine wasn't working right. Dryers are free and work really well place is clean.

Horrible, since COVID has started this place has been packed beyond capacity, they have no limit on how many people can come in at a time , I e been here over an hour I haven’t a staff wipe a washer down they just keep sweeping fake …

I haven’t been to a laundromat in over 20 yrs due to unforeseen circumstances I had to come to the site. And Wow I was not only in impressed I was greeted my matron with a Smile and lots of assistance.
I have lived in Germantown all of my adult life and have had to use a laundromat and a teen and as a young adult. And now in my young 60’s I love how the design also took the time to create a open kid space I wish that had that business conscious idea when was young mom. Thank you for serving the Germantown community and for a safe secure place . I will definitely recommend the service.

The best laundry place I've been too. It's clean, huge, and they have free dryers. People mind they business and it's not alot of unnecessary stuff going on in there.
