Didn't want to believe the roach review because I've been coming here for a while and like it. Nice, helpful attendants, free drying, large machines. But two roaches crawled out from below the washer next to mine today after I loaded it. 4 more when I unloaded it. Not a great place to get clothes clean if it's unsanitary in general. Hope they can get this under control but it's been several months. Bummer.

Edit: last few times I went in, no roaches so seems like they have it under control now

Edit 2: lost $13 bc the machine gave me an error, attendant was very nice but said she couldn't give a refund. Email to mgmt about this bounced back.

Been coming here for a few years now and I can tell it’s under new management..they use to give you access to the WiFi. I mean that is what most laundromat’s do! Thankful for the free dry but I also wanna do work on my laptop while I wait for my clothes

I was able to complete the task that I set out to do. The service was great. All of my questions were answered professionally, even if the representative didn't know the answer. The atmosphere was very clean and the staff was friendly.

It's great that's it's 24hrs...great location...staff is ok...clean and lots of machines...it's a busy place so pick your times to go wisely especially if you need a big machine they have about 12 to 12 huge ones but they always go quick

Been coming here for years. This laundry mat has decent prices and the free dry incentive is amazing. BUT I’m only giving 3 stars because I discovered today that they have ROACHES. I told the attendant so she could inform the owner. But I’m also putting it here… this business needs to start exterminating monthly. If the problem isn’t taken care of… I won’t be back.

Update 10/9/23
They still have roaches and I have moved on to a better laundromat. Updated to a 1 star bc you can’t get your clothes clean in a dirty facility. Not to mention you have to worry about taking home unwanted critters.
