The lady who is here was extremely rude to my wife when she was asking questions and was laughing and mocking my wife. I have never been more disappointed. Please save you're money and go somewhere else. Also saw one of the customers state that she didn't have enough money for a load and the employee on shift went in and got her more money.

I was so grateful that this place was open until 10 pm. Could be cleaner. Some washers were very dirty, but cost was compatible with my local laundromat

Best washing machines I’ve ever seen new and clean all around best, dryers are just as good not expensive to use multiple size washers to choose from.

Have been coming for years. Haven't been here for a little bit and was surprised to see how new everything is. There are new machines and is very updated. Looks like it may be under new management. Excited to come here and try out all the new equipment. I have used the 100lb machines for my comforters and have been able to put 3 in at a time. Love these dryers because they have an option for reverse, so your blankets and sheets do not wad up while drying. Awesome technology with touch screens! This place is a definite must. Go try them out.

The west valley big wash is just as amazing as kearns! I go to both locations and the staff , cleanliness and service is impeccable!! Brandy is amazing, I’ve known her since the last laundromat she worked at and she is one of a kind, very sweet and always helps with whatever I need, also lets me know about the best deals that the laundromat has to offer me, thank you big wash team!!!

My new favourite place to go get my clothes clean! It’s relaxing and new machines are awesome of course. The best part about this place is the cute little girl thats always there makes my day. I look forward to more bubbly energy from her. Will be back to this establishment always!
