Been coming to this laundry mat since I was a kid I believe it has switched ownerships but I can definitely say the new owner has made this laundry mat more comfortable. They put in new machines and changed the flooring. It’s much brighter and has just a completely new feeling to it. Want to give a huge shoutout to them for taking the time to do a huge upgrade.

The new washers and dryers are amazing — super fast, clean, and efficient. The best part is that you can pay with a credit card, which makes everything so much easier and convenient. No more searching for quarters! The place is clean, machines work perfectly, and the whole experience is smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

I've been going to this laundromat for a month and they just raised the prices this week and also adjusted their dryers down one minute, plus adjusted them so they switched from hot, where I put it, to cool after 8 minutes. Nothing was dry after drying them for 40 minutes. No, I didn't overload them. They are the same exact loads I have been putting in every single week.

(Update) It's gonna be all the dryers because it's your software, which means it was done on purpose. I literally spent twice as much this week as I have the last few weeks per load and didn't get fully dry.

For awhile now, I've came to the Cleaning Concern about twice a year. Recently, my dryer broke down. Therefore, I'm spending so much money just going there. (They should be happy, that they have a customer like me to make them rich!) So the first week I went I washed and dried my clothes. It went well, although there isn't much carts for people to use. I spent over $40 washing and drying. I thought it was ridiculous, and I need to go there once a week to do laundry, I am not willing to spend that much again. So, I washed at home and bagged it up and took it there to dry. The second and third time was okay. The fourth time, I guess the owner was getting tired of seeing my mother and I, and he deliberately went up to my mom yelling at her that she cannot use more than two dryers. I came up behind him and said that she and I are doing laundry. The sign says if you're "Only" drying, please use 2dryers. My mother was just drying but I needed to wash a comforter, therefore, I could use MORE than 2! And that day, the owner keeps coming near our dryer and checking our stuff, as if we stole something.! How pathetic! I am NEVER!, going to that place again. I would NEVER recommed it either. Horrible staff and it's Filthy!

The website clearly states they’re open until 10 pm…it would be nice if someone told the staff that. We went in at 8:45 pm and the woman laughed at us and said they were closed. Either update your website or train your people better. Rudeness and closing whenever you feel like, regardless of posted hours, is NOT good customer service. I will be finding a new place to do laundry.
