Stayed 2 and a half weeks in a nearby hotel and did my laundry 3 times with this store. Wash and fold was $20 to $24 for 5lbs depending on what options I chose. Shrank one of my tops (wool) and found a hole in a new shirt I bought for this trip. I'm guessing it Shrank as they didn't read the labels. As for the hole, I have no idea how that happened.
Excellent service. Was in New York for two weeks for work and my hotel didn’t have a laundry service. This place was close so I tried them. My clothes were clean and neatly folded and ready at the designated pickup time.

It's in Manhattan, but the prices aren't too high. There are staff on-site, but they aren't very friendly.
Big old space lots of machines
Overall it's a very strategically located laundromat. Very close to most hotels and right 1 door to the corner of the street. It has a lot of laundry machines and exchanges quarters too. They sell detergent in case you don't bring yours. Too sad, they close their door very early like around 7pm ot so.
