The staff were friendly and explained how everything worked and were careful to keep lines in check. It's a busy place, but with a little patience, you can get by. It costs $5.50 for a small load and $0.25 for every 6 minutes of drying. If you don't have detergent, you can buy it here. There's also an ATM for changing money, and they'll then provide you with coins to insert into the washers and dryers.

Dropped off around 10-lbs of clothes around 9am. Was folded and ready by 5pm. Cost only $17. Note that this place is cash only.

I came here once because I was drawn by the good reviews, which turned out to be misleading.

I used their drop-off and pick-up service, specifically requesting that my white and black items be separated. However, all my white clothes, including a cherished white cotton (not a delicate material either!) nightgown, came back with a grayish-brown tint. When I requested a goodwill gesture, they refused.

I’m sorry if this sounds harsh, but I regret the lack of professionalism. They don’t seem to have a clue about what damages fabrics. At least a good client-focused attitude would partially (...my clothes are now unusable !) help make up for it, which they don't seem to have it either.

Stuck in NYC for 5days due to missed connecting flight and Jetblue really ruined my vacation big time. So decided to stay in the city. Googled laundromat near me and BKM has good review. Good service indeed. Price is reasonable. Dropped off laundry in the morning and staff said pick up time is after 5pm. Stopped by and checked around 1pm, laundry is ready. Made our NYC stay less stressful. Thanks, keep up the great work!! Will definitely recommend.
