Today was my first time at this laundromat and my experience was a 10/10 from the cleanliness of the laundromat when you walk in to how clean the actual machines are. I stopped at the customer service desk where I met Raelyn she was outstanding helped me get set up and registered and loaded my card including helping with how to properly use the machine her customer service was excellent and outstanding this laundromat has outstanding helpers and I will definitely be returning.

I was so excited when this place opened because its location was so convenient, “clean” & “organized”…until TODAY! All of me & my children’s clothing were stolen out of the dryer I used! The staff didn’t have access to the cameras but when the manager was called, the staff told me he said “I should have stayed there”. When I went to Instagram about this, I was messaged and told I should receive text messages when my washer and/or dryer is done and that someone might have taken my items mistakenly…but in order to even use their machines, you have to register your name and number to a card to receive text messages. I received the message but I had an emergency I was attending to at the time. So basically how could someone “accidentally” take my belongings. I spend way too much money on there and I’m in there at least twice a week because I am a mother of four!
Amanda: We are sorry this happened to you, but we were glad to see the individual return your clothing to the store the following day after realizing they removed your clothes by mistake. As we discussed in person, while this was an unfortunate situation, BlueWater Wash is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen when left unattended in our washers or dryers. It is our policy and is displayed throughout our store. We highly encourage all customers to register their card and sign up for text message alerts that will notify you when your cycle is completed. In the event of an emergency, where you have to leave the store (in your case for 5 hours), our Laundromat is fully attended and our Team is here to assist whenever needed. Please be sure to reach out to them in the future for assistance. Lastly, we have a strict company policy that our cameras can only be viewed via a police investigation (no exceptions), whereby either the Police access the cameras themselves or direct our security company or a Manager, if present, to view the cameras. Thanks.
