Hi Lynnette. We are sorry to hear about your experience at our store. We take pride in maintaining the cleanest laundromat in the city - we clean the lint screens multiple times a day to ensure our dryers are maintained at peak efficiency all day long for the benefit of our customers. Although the dryers do not lose heat, they are paused momentarily (typically less than 60 seconds) to clean the lint screens when we are busy. We have reminded our team members to do their best to avoid machines in use, whenever possible. As for the children running, we try to stress the importance of safety through our multiple posted signs and community guidelines, asking parents/guardians to watch their children closely and ensure they are following posted rules. We also have TVs in the lounge area with cartoons on to try and help keep little ones seated and occupied while in our laundromat. While ultimately the responsibility of parents, we will also make sure our team continues to enforce our posted policies while on shift as needed & appropriate. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention.
