I use this company for my company's laundry needs. I love that they come/ return quickly and quietly. I don't like having to be present when a service is just picking up something and Bolt just picks it up and brings it back. It's great.

I had scheduled for Bolt to pick-up my laundry and I had accidentally scheduled with Advantage but didn't realize it. The morning of pick-up Advantage came and picked up and I asked the driver if they were affiliated with Bolt, no they are not. I called Bolt to ask them if they use Advantage to do pick-ups and drop-offs and I was told through the phone and their chat bot on their website that they did use Advantage and that they are affiliated with them. She claimed that she physically had my laundry. I later got a call from Advantage and was concerned about my questions to the driver. She told me that they have never been affiliated with Bolt and they physically have my laundry. My bank account had a pending charge from Bolt. I called about 5 times, messaged with the chat bot multiple times, every time I was told a manager will call me back. Even after 24 hours I never got a call from the "manager". I asked multiple times that since they didn't have my laundry that they need to cancel the pending charge; I would get told again that they did have my laundry and the manager has to look into it. I figured I was getting scammed, so I made a call to my bank to investigate this charge. I then made Bolt aware of the investigation and the next morning my pending charge was magically canceled and still got no call from a manager. Advantage delivered my laundry 48 hours later. When I looked into the address of the Eugene location, an apartment
pops up on Google Maps. I can't find anyone else who has used Bolt Laundry Services in the Salem/Oregon area. All their reviews for the company are 5 stars which I also find suspicious.
I highly DON'T recommend using Bolt Laundry Services from Eugene. If I could give zero stars I would.

My experience with Bolt was terrible. I left very specific instructions in my order and even left the instructions written in the clearly labeled bags. I asked for my clothes to be hung dry on hangers. They put over 100 articles of clothing that I asked to be hung dry in the dryer, shrinking and ruining every single one of those pieces. If you truly only want a wash and dry service then they are great. If you need anything beyond that I would go with another company. Not to mention they were hours late in picking up my order. The driver was kind so I feel bad saying something terrible, but I honestly am fuming at the thousands of dollars of ruined clothing. The 5t orange shirt in the back is now the same size now as the 2T sweatshirt.

This is not a laundry place. At all. I have no idea where you guys take your laundry, but please don’t take them to my apartment. I have no idea where this so-called laundry place is but it’s not here on Henry Court. This seems like a really scamming laundry company that I would not recommend anyone.

I’m so glad I found this laundry service. The convenience is unbeatable, and my clothes always come back clean and neatly folded. The only issue I’ve had is that once, an item was delivered a bit late, but it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, it’s a great service that I will continue to use.
