Hi Virginia ,
Were you here before ? I don't think so but I am certainly sure , you were related with Mr.Gregg and he asked you to review. Doing this way may ease your upset feeling but ruin my business . I do apologize once to Mr.Gregg however, doing this way not acceptable .
Hopefully , this make it clear and not to see you guys here again .
Thank you

Clean, friendly staff, and great prices. Things to keep you busy and a small play area for the kids
A big thanks for 5 stars rating, you are awesome! Anyway, our ideal to have this laundromat is wanting our customers feel comfortable like they are doing laundry in their house while waiting laundry to be done ,kids can play the toys or watch cartoon . We think we come the right way now, thanks once again.
Very clean and extremely well maintained facility. Most definitely recommended.
This is the best Laundry mat I've ever been to! It's very new inside, so everything is nice and tidy. It's very clean!! It's a family owned and run business, which is a great reason to come and do your laundry here to support our local …
Clean place to do laundry owner is sweet and kind..
We love to hear that , thanks so much for coming in.
The lady who works here, Robin - is so unpleasant and unwelcoming. She is unnecessarily rude every single time I’ve been here while she is working, not only to me but to other customers that I have witnessed as well. My 7 year old daughter needed to use the restroom today and we stood by her being ignored for about 5 minutes before she acknowledged our presence. When my daughter politely asked for the rest room key she replied in a snarky tone “It will be a few minutes” and then claimed she needed to “check the restroom” before my daughter when in. She went down and opened the door and my daughter assumed she was opening it for her so she walked in because she is a child needing to use the restroom and Robin literally yelled at her “I said wait a minute” while she looked over the bathroom multiple times before allowing her inside. I’ve stood at the front before needing change, only to be greeted rudely with “what do you need”. I’ve also came in and there was one small leaf on the ground by the washers I was using and she assumed I “made a mess” and basically yelled telling me I can’t leave messes and I need to clean it up myself and told me they have brooms in the back. It’s unfortunate that this employee is so unapproachable, it makes for a really uncomfortable environment and I always dread coming in to this laundromat if I see that she is working. The other employee is a very respectful, pleasant lady and I always hope that she will be the one working when I come in. I moved to Biddeford recently and this location is the most convenient for me, so it’s extremely unfortunate. Robin really needs to work on her customer service skills and basic respect because I can’t imagine I’m the only one who feels this way about her and I could see business definitely being lost due to this!
Friendly people
Thanks so much
It's clean, has snack machines, a quarter treat machine, a change machine, soap supplies, and a sitting area while you wait.
You can also pay, per lb, to have your laundry washed and folded.
The truth is that the lady who is there from the first minute we were there began to treat us badly, not at all recommendable.
She’s gone
