Update: I got a call from this place and the gentleman who spoke explained the situation. I appreciate that he called. As I didn't get a chance using this place, I really cannot rate their service. I am leaving the same one star rating due to inconvenience caused during the early hours, waiting outside, etc.

Visited early this morning only to find out it is closed. The note on their door says opens at 6 am but another note near the bell mentions to press it between 11 pm to 5 am. Contradicting messages but anyways had to go to a different laundromat as they didn't respond despite ringing the bell several times.

Please pay more attention to the machines. Number 8 didn't fill with water during the wash cycle; they had to pour it in with a bucket for it to work, and I paid for hot water washes… It needs maintenance. Thank you.

The lady working is very nice and very helpful. She helped me get my things from the car and to get a wash card, etcetera. I will come back while my Washer is not working. The facility is very clean, insid. Everyone was pleasant. My Sunday fun day huh. ☺️

I had a very pleasant experience at Breeze Laundry Store. The facility was clean, well maintained, and the machines were in excellent working condition. What truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by Sarah. She was courteous, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. First of all, it's really clean and organized. If you forget laundry detergent or whatever they have it hear. The restrooms are clean and you can only get into restrooms if you purchased a laundry card, some publics restrooms are disgusting. Second, Sarah was so nice. I appreciated the cleanliness and relaxing vibes. I usually sit in my car when doing laundry but here I dont mind sitting inside. They also have free wifi, comfortable chairs and areas to charge your phone. I will be back. Thankyou!

It was my first time going to Breeze Laundry. I only needed to wash some Down comforters and I was greeted by Sarah. She was very helpful, informative, and very friendly! Omg this is the best Laundry mat I've ever been to. My first time at this specific location and I was greeted by Ms. Sarah who was beyond kind and so helpful. She literally walked me through on how each machine works, sizes, and prices. Ms. Sarah even accommodated me by helping understand which colors can be washed together. She saw I was so confused and stressed so she offered me water and walked me through what would be best for me. She literally took a load off of my washing worries. I was able to get the washing card register my info and I even downloaded the app as Ms. Sarah explained to me bc it allows me to multi-task and leave my clothes while I go run errands and the app sends notifications to my phone whenever my loads are ready. Wow amazing customer service. Very clean and cost friendly environment. I came all the way from the Galleria area just to come here and it's been even more a a satisfaction to get customer friendly specialist like Ms. Sarah. Thank you so much for all your help and your genuine energy.
