I dont want to say anything bad about this place because it's so fabulous. But it's high! And those darn big dryers keep leaving some of my clothes damp..not good. But I will go back one more time til I get my place and no longer need them. Oh you can drop your clothes off and they wash them for you. Also they are very friendly and kind. I like that.

Sarah was very professional and the customer service was amazing. I popped in to take care of my sheets and comforters really quick, and was amazed at how nice the machines were and the detail they take in keeping the place spotless.

After moving from New York first time in Houston we went to any Laundry to wash comforters. I was literally shocked to see such a super clean laundromat. Ambiance was so pleasant customer service was outstanding specially Sara was so helpful and super friendly. I was scared to pour laundry detergent in machines because they were super clean and I don’t wanted to make them dirty, lol... Laundry, machines, customer service, everything was next level.

I haven’t been to a laundry mat in several years. The days of the old coin operated machines are gone. Now a quick, easy to use app and amazingly clean, and a size to hold a king comforter, machines. The location at 13711 Westheimer was clean with an amazing attendant, Sarah, that helped with all my needs and questions. I felt safe and comfortable doing my laundry at this location.

This place is beautifully clean and the service is good from what I can tell. However, It is very pricey! 7.00 loads and 1.85 for 23 minutes of drying 2.25 for 25 and so on. If you want clean and confortable, this is the place. If you need affordability, try some where else.
