I cannot believe the cleanliness and the efficiency of their "all brand new" machines. There is a restroom and charging spots for power cords or USB. Onsite staff that is very helpful. They use a Speed Queen app that has a sign up incentive. It's my fave for sure!

Modern, up-to-date, free WiFi that's actually decent and reliable, an available and working bathroom, there's always at least one staff member on-site 90% of the time, and right next to a Chinese restaurant that's surprisingly good. BTL has been my go-to laundromat for a few years now 👍 …

Just a quick note for anyone reading—our laundromat is attended Mon-Sat from 8am-2pm and 4pm-close (on Sundays 8am-10pm continuous), so there’s just a 2hr window in the afternoon when we’re unstaffed. I was in a situation where I needed a LOT of laundry washed and folded. There drop off/pick up service is great! The team here was so professional and even got my order done early! I highly recommend them and will definitely be back.
