There is always someone there to help in case something goes wrong with the machines. In the past, at other laundramats where there isn't staff on site, I have had issues with machines breaking a locking my clothes inside them. That's why I go to laundramats where there are staff to help.
Also they do drop off service.

Clean need and looks like brand new Little more expensive than the garbage places but machines pre-wash themselves and the place is always clean and the staff is friendly

Definitely the hidden Gem of laundry services in Portland. Since my apartment closed my laundry matt on site I've been to some of the most aweful and frankly unsafe laundry places in all of Portland but I'm so thrilled I've found this place I don't plan to go anywhere else! It's clean nice friendly staffed new machines pay with card coin or App seating plus games and snacks for the kids. For it's small size in such an unassuming location it's certain packed full of everything you could ask for.
