Nice, clean facility. The attendant was very helpful. I had an issue with one washer, she resolved the issue without hesitation. It's comfortable, they even offer coffee. It was worth the time it took me to get there just because there's plenty of machines to wash/dry all the loads of blankets and comforters that I had. Highly recommend this place 👌😊.

A great place to do your laundry! The staff are friendly and ready to help, there are plenty of well-kept machines, and the space is clean. From someone who generally doesn't love doing laundry, Bay Ridge has made it a pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

Patron for 5 years. Clean well maintained machines. Staff friendly and helpful. They keep flow of usage efficient and fast. Once a week I do 5 to 6 loads of wash in a little more than an hour. Staff member Nicole keeps the atmosphere friendly and manages well all the activities there. Best place around to do your laundry.

I have been going to Bay Ridge Laundromat for several years, at least once a week, for their wash, dry and fold service. I cannot say enough about their customer service, facility, and dependability. When I drop off, the laundry is always ready when they say it will be ready. The staff is friendly, personable, and hard working. Kudos to Bessy who has been a trusted provider of good service. The facility always appears clean. A few years back the store experienced a fire but continued providing service to their customers while closed. Storage containers were provided in the parking lot and employees picked up laundry and provided pick up at prearranged times. Great customer service is clearly a priority.

I’ve been coming to this laundromat for a while, but the last three visits have been miserable because the air conditioning hasn’t been working. Doing laundry here in this heat is extremely uncomfortable, and nothing seems to be getting fixed. I expected better from a place I used to rely on — sadly, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until this is addressed.
